There are many methods of burning fat, but one of the best is interval training! Interval training is made up of periods of effort and periods of rest. Workouts should be short and intense as this is way to get the best fat loss results!
Many people believe that long slow cardio is the best kind of training for fat loss but the lack of intensity means that the duration has to be high to see any fat loss results. On the flip-side, you can get a quality interval workout done in less than 15 minutes!
You can perform interval training in a number of ways and with a number of exercises and there are many good choices when it comes to fat loss. Sprinting, body weight exercises and resistance exercises are all good choices, but the more explosive movements are the best for fat loss.
An interval workout may look like this - warm up then repeat this sequence 4 times - Run 200m, then rest 90 seconds.
Perform the sprints as quickly as you can. Training in this way works your muscles hard and you will produce a lot of lactic acid in response. This in turn can help you burn a lot of fat. You can also perform interval with other great fat loss exercises, like burpees.
To perform a burpee start from a standing position, crouch down and place your hands on the floor in front of you. Then kick your legs back so you end up in the top of a press up position. Lower your body to the floor and perform a press up. Then kick your legs back in. Stand up, then jump and clap your hands above your head.
Here's how to perform an interval workout using burpees...perform as many burpees as you can in 1 minute. Rest 60 - 120 seconds. Repeat 3 -5 times. But beware ! Burpees are evil so go easy if you've never done them before!

That was a great write up. I believe that interval training is one of the best ways to burn calories. I use a 7-minute-work out app available in i-Tune stores(https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/7-minute-fitness-workout/id661022809)for my HIIT routine. It involves 12 routines that lasts 30 secs each with a 10 seconds break. I think it's perfect!
