In fact, you can add a lot more to your routines that will help reduce the boredom factor. If you enjoy the exercise you are doing, then you will have a higher chance of staying with it. You have to see what kind of information is available and then learn it if you want to have the best chance of success. Once you begin to actual enjoy your exercising, then that is when you will make the greatest gains. As you can see, there is nothing impossible about getting this stuff done.
